Hiring from us is straightforward.
Complete an enquiry using the online kit room, or browse our kit list and send us an email with your requirements. If you’re not sure what you need, we’re happy to point you in the right direction! We also have access to kit beyond our main catalogue, so if you have any specific asks just let us know. If your request is short notice then phone us on 0131 560 6480 after making your enquiry.
For first-time hires, you will have to complete an account application form, providing two trade references as well as proof of ID. You may be charged a deposit and you are required to show proof of insurance with every hire. This must be hired-in equipment cover for the new replacement value of all the equipment you are hiring. We can help you arrange this if you don’t have a policy already.
We offer collection in central Edinburgh or delivery across Scotland and the north-east of England. If you require delivery, please get in contact for a quote. We do our best to keep delivery affordable and always use zero-emission transport.
During your hire, we’re on hand to help with any technical questions. If you have an emergency, loss or damage, please phone us immediately or email details to [email protected] so we can resolve it.
You can return kit directly, or arrange a collection. We expect kit to come back clean and tidy, and if any issues came up, let us know.
